Glow and Flow Holistics provides holistic wellness coaching, educational content, digital products, community support, and resources focused on emotional eating, trauma healing, and overall wellness for plus-size women. Our services may include:

Our coaching and content do not replace professional medical or mental health care

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition 

Any health information shared is based on personal experience and education, not medical training 

You are responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes 

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. 
 
4. No Guaranteed Results 

While we are committed to providing valuable support and resources, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, weight loss, healing timelines, or other results. Your individual results will vary based on numerous factors, including your effort, consistency, personal circumstances, and individual differences. 
 
5. User Accounts and Membership 

Account Creation: 
You may need to create an account to access certain services 
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information 
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials 
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account 
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account 

Membership Terms: 
Membership to the Glow Getter Community or other paid programs is subject to payment of applicable fees 
Memberships may be billed monthly or annually as specified at purchase 
You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to our refund policy 
 
6. Payment and Billing 

Pricing: 
All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified 
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time 
Price changes will not affect existing purchases or active subscriptions 

Payment Processing: 
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors 
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees 
For recurring subscriptions, you authorize automatic billing until you cancel 

Taxes: 
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes 
 
7. Refund Policy 

Digital Products and Courses: 

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final 
• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within seven days of purchase

Coaching Services: 

• Coaching session fees are non-refundable once scheduled 
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice 
• Sessions missed without proper notice may be forfeited 

Membership Subscriptions: 

• You may cancel your membership at any time 
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period 
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription

8. Intellectual Property Rights 

Our Content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Glow and Flow Holistics and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 

You May NOT: 

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content 
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any content 
• Share login credentials or course materials with others 
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices 
• Use content in any way that violates these Terms 

Your Content: If you submit content (reviews, testimonials, community posts, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. 
 
9. Community Guidelines 

If you participate in our community spaces, you agree to: 

DO: 

• Treat all members with respect and kindness 
• Maintain confidentiality of others' shared experiences 
• Provide supportive, constructive feedback 
• Report any concerning behavior to administrators 

DO NOT: 

• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other members 
• Share others' personal information without permission 
• Promote diet culture, fat-shaming, or body negativity 
• Spam or engage in commercial solicitation 
• Share graphic content related to eating disorders or self-harm 
• Provide medical or mental health advice 

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. 
 
10. Prohibited Uses 

You agree not to use the Site or services to: 

• Violate any laws or regulations 
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights 
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems 
• Impersonate any person or entity

  Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

Updating the "Last Updated" date 
Sending an email notification (for material changes)
