Step 1: Morning Mindfulness & Warm Lemon Water

Start your day with a few minutes of deep breathing or gentle stretching. Sip on warm water with fresh lemon to awaken your system, support digestion, and boost your immune defenses as the weather cools.

Step 2: Nourishing DIY Pumpkin Face Mask

2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
1 tsp honey
1 tsp plain yogurt
